I was born in Lahore, Pakistan in the late 70s. Growing up amongst literary people gave me an oppertunity to develop my creative skills. I attended the well renowned National College of Arts in Lahore as a student of Architecture before moving to London in 1999.

 

I further studied Graphic Design at Queen Mary College, London between 2003 and 2005 and was employed as Designer and Support Manager by Lynx Internet. I started my own Graphic & Web Design company Offset Designs in 2006 and ran it until 2012. Since then, I have been working with Kerbang Ltd as a Graphic Designer.

In 2013, I joined BA (Hons) Photography course at the University of Westminster.

 

In Photography, I am inclined towards Documentary and Photojournalism as it makes me work on the subjects that are close to my heart. These subjects may vary from one form to another as long as my images make a significant contribution to justify their being. I wish to continue and develop my photographic skills in order to portray my thoughts in this form of visual art.
